Use of this site, and any inquiry submitted through it, is subject to the following terms.

Scope of Engagement

Submitting an inquiry does not itself constitute an engagement. A formal engagement begins only once terms have been agreed directly between the Agency and the client in writing.

Confidentiality

All information exchanged in connection with an inquiry or engagement is treated as confidential by both parties, and remains so after the engagement concludes.

Limitation of Liability

The Agency's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the terms set out in the applicable engagement letter. This site is provided for informational purposes and does not itself constitute an offer of services.

Governing Law

Governing law and jurisdiction are specified individually in each engagement letter, in accordance with the requirements of the client and the nature of the engagement.
